To enhance art, no scheme must be imposed.
While I find the possibility of creating teams useful, when this becomes necessary and is desired, there are cases in which to form a team would be a useless and discriminatory forcing.
For example, if an artist has enough technical skills or a programmer has sufficient artistic skills, it would be a forcing for them to impose the formation of a team, when it could limit its creativity and operation.
Personal learning of skills and new technologies should not be prevented, which the creation of teams inevitably leads, when the skills remain individual and restricted if they are too specialist and cannot be really shared.
Not everyone loves to work in group art in a forced way and prefer to work individually, for many reasons, all equally valid, first of all that of being able to manage the same artistic project in its entirety.
So I ask, in my name and of those who think in this way, that the restriction of participating in the team is removed, leaving the space also in those free spirits who want to express themselves without interference.
I ask that the proposal of a single participation and a participation in teams, with distinct evaluation criteria or with an equal evaluation criteria be assessed.
